A GitHub App that triages incoming pull requests by assigning AI reviewers based on code area and auto-merging safe changes

Maintainers of popular repos drown in PRs. OpenClaw's own Symphony fork proves they need this internally (1.2K stars). Current AI code review tools review individual PRs but don't triage the queue or auto-merge low-risk changes. This app watches the PR stream, classifies each by risk level, assigns the right AI reviewer per code area, runs CI, and auto-merges low-risk PRs with configurable policies while routing high-risk PRs to humans.
